Returns and Shipping

Returns
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following purchased from North Pole Toy Shop: books in their original condition; unopened CDs, cassette tapes, vinyl records, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, or software; and any other merchandise in new and unused condition with original unopened packaging, labels, tags and accessories. In the above cases, North Pole Toy Shop will refund the price of the item minus the shipping costs back to North Pole Toy Shop. The purchaser will not be refunded shipping costs.
If North Pole Toy Shop has shipped the wrong item, North Pole Toy Shop will refund the item’s price and shipping both ways.

No returns will be accepted unless purchaser has received an authorization number and the correct address to send the return. Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to two additional business days to process your refund. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments that are returned to us through you.

Shipping
All requests for shipping charge reimbursement due to missed appointments by freight companies or concealed damage due to freight negligence must be directed to the individual freight company. Complaints for items damaged in shipment must be directed to the shipping company.

All orders in stock received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the same business day (excluding holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM will either be processed the same day or next day.
